Magomed Ankalaev vs. Alex Pereira 2, Merab Dvalishvili vs. Cory Sandhagen Set for UFC 320, While Tom Aspinall Defends Heavyweight Title Against Ciryl Gane at UFC 321

UFC 320: Ankalaev vs. Pereira 2 | Dvalishvili vs. Sandhagen
Set for October 4th at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, UFC 320 marks the long-awaited rematch between Magomed Ankalaev and Alex Pereira for the UFC light heavyweight title. Ankalaev defeated Pereira earlier this year via unanimous decision to claim the belt, and now looks to put an emphatic stamp on their rivalry. Pereira, on the other hand, will be hunting redemption—and a return to the top—after suffering his first loss at 205 pounds.

In the co-main event, reigning bantamweight king Merab Dvalishvili puts his title on the line for the third time in 2025, this time against the slick and creative striker Cory Sandhagen. Dvalishvili has already notched impressive wins this year over Umar Nurmagomedov and Sean O’Malley, solidifying his status as one of the most active and dominant champions in the UFC.
UFC 321: Aspinall vs. Gane
Three weeks later, the action shifts to Etihad Arena in Abu Dhabi on October 25, where Tom Aspinall makes his first defense as the undisputed UFC heavyweight champion, taking on France’s Ciryl Gane in the main event of UFC 321.
Also featured on the card, former light heavyweight champ Jiri Prochazka returns to face Khalil Rountree Jr. in a potential No. 1 contender bout. Both men are coming off major wins over Jamahal Hill, and the victor could very well earn the next shot at the 205-pound title.
Aspinall has been inactive since his July 2024 knockout of Curtis Blaydes due to a long delay in unifying the belt with then-champion Jon Jones—only for Jones to retire, leaving Aspinall promoted by default. Though Jones has since teased a comeback, Aspinall is now focused solely on the task ahead: silencing doubters and cementing his reign.
Gane, meanwhile, gets his third crack at undisputed gold. After falling short against Francis Ngannou and later being submitted by Jon Jones, he enters UFC 321 riding a two-fight win streak—including a razor-thin decision over Alexander Volkov—and sees this as his final shot at redemption.
